Canberra Supplies (also known as Lakehouse Direct) does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third party or vendor, all orders are fulfilled by Canberra Supplies and shipped from our designated contact address.

Delivery Policy

All goods will be dispatched once payments have cleared and reach our bank account (please bear this in mind when using personal cheques or postal orders to pay for orders, we will endeavour to dispatch your goods on a next working day basis, where FREE SHIPPING applies goods will be send via Royal Mail Second Class post unless otherwise stated or agreed at the time of purchase.

We may decide to use third parties to delivery goods but do guarantee the service level of such third parties will be equal to or better than the service stated above, for example we may elect to ship your goods via courier.

Communications Policy

We ask customer to provide a valid email address and contact telephone number when placing orders, this is in order for us to contact you should we have an issue with your order, we reserve the right to cancel orders if we are unable to contact customers within reasonable timescales, under those circumstances a full refund will apply.  We do NOT share your information with third parties.
